TERMS OF SERVICE

 

• All prices are in USD and payments are PayPal only.

• Half payment must be made at the start and the other half after you approve the sketches.

• The final price include the Paypal's fee of 6,4% + $0,30 USD.

• For animations the payment must be made after the approval of the Storyboard.

• Emotes/badges will be delivered in 3-4 weeks,

• Affiliate Pack will be delivered in 3-4 weeks.

• If the total order consists of more than 5 emotes/badges they will be delivered in 1 to 1 and a half month.

• For animated work the turnaround time can increase according on the complexity of the order

• The turnaround time can change if the client takes long to approve the sketch or make the payment.

• No refunds, but feel free to ask for revisions.

• Revisions are unlimited only during the sketch phase. After that, revisions are still possible but it will be charged accordingly to the amount of work.

• A total rework of the artwork is not considered revision and will be charged as a new commission.

• You will receive all the files in .zip format to be downloaded from a google drive link.

• Commissions are for personal use, they cannot be used for merchandise or resale.

• Commercial use rights can be purchased for $50 USD per emote/badge.
